By opening your rental property to high-quality applicants that are pet owners, your real estate investment can become more valuable. Being a “pet friendly” property raises the number of applicants and extends the tenancy periods, which means less turnover and few related owner expenses. Studies have shown that owning a pet can improve person’s happiness, well-being, and health. Renters who are pet owners are long-term happier tenants. Properties that allow tenants to bring their pets rent at higher rates.
At no extra charge to property owners, we guarantee your property will not be damaged by any approved pet. We will pay up to $2,000 for damage exceeding the security deposit caused by approved pets
Still worried about allowing pets?
Let’s talk about our pet screening and our $2,000 Pet Guarantee. We allow a maximum of two (2) pets. If an applicant has more pets, we will discuss that with you before approving additional pets. We screen each pet and charge the tenant a reasonable pet administration fee for your protection. Our Pet Guarantee protects you from destructive animals. We guarantee our property owners up to $2,000 in damage protection for any pet damage above what the security deposit insurance covers.
Pet Guarantee only applies to properties where the property owner agreed to pets, and the pet owner is a tenant procured by Three Pentacles, PLLC who signed a lease agreement that included PetScreening.
Additional Pet Coverages is available. The property owner can obtain Additional Pet Protection Package, which extends the Pet Guarantee protection to $3,000 total, for only additional $10/m. The only exception are Authorized Assistance Animal; Service and Support animals are excluded from coverage as outlined by the Federal Fair Housing Act.
