How It Works
It’s an unfortunate that some tenancies may end up in eviction. We understand how frustrating it is when a tenant violates the lease agreement and what the financial implications are for the property owner. If a screened tenant placed by us must be evicted for non-payment of rent, we will handle the eviction process and cover the court cost and filing fees of the eviction up to $1,000.
