How It Works

When leasing, you should never have to pay twice for us to find a new tenant for your property. We guarantee that a tenant placed by us will stay for 12 months, or we will find a replacement at no cost to you. We stand behind our tenants. This guarantee does not cover tenants who must break a lease agreement due to military orders, military transfers, or any other legal cancellation of a lease. This Leasing Guarantee also does not cover tenants who have abided by the lease terms and paid appropriate early lease termination fee.

We will protects you from property damage in the amount equal to month and a half (1.5) of security deposit, or $5,000.
