How It Works
When leasing, to assist in marketing of your property to broader audience, the we do NOT collect security deposits. Instead, we require tenants to obtain a security deposit insurance or a bond. This program removes the burden of a large up-front expenses of the security deposit plus rent, that tenants often incur while moving. Our Deposit Guarantee protects the Owner from property damage. We screen each tenant and charge the tenant a reasonable upfront, non-refundable, move-in fee for your protection. This program covers repair damage caused to the property by the tenant above normal wear and tear, up to one and a half times (1.5x) the monthly rent, limited to $5,000 per property. This excludes pet damage covered in our Pet Guarantee, and damage caused by an authorized Service and Support animals per the Fair Housing Guidelines.
