We will protects you from property damage in the amount equal to month and a half (1.5) of security deposit, or $5,000.

We guarantee to find a qualified tenant for your rental property within twenty-one (21) days, or the first two (2) months of our management fee are free.

If you are not completely happy with our services and want to leave us, you may cancel our management agreement at any time.
