For efficient and timely service, please log into your Resident account to submit any maintenance requests. This is the same portal you use to pay rent, so simply use your existing login credentials. You can also submit maintenance requests directly from your smartphone by downloading our AppFolio App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

How to Submit a Maintenance Request

For the quickest response, please use Resident Portal to submit your maintenance request, together with pictures of the issue at hand. You can take pictures with your smartphone. This will allow you to clearly describe the issue, upload photos, and quickly get it assigned to the appropriate maintenance professional. You can also submit maintenance requests directly from your smartphone by downloading our AppFolio App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

 

What’s important to know

Resident Responsibility: Any damage caused by tenant negligence or misuse, such as plumbing issues due to improper use, will be the tenant’s responsibility. In these cases, repairs will be made, but the cost of materials and labor will be charged to the resident.
