Yes, When the work orders are assigned, I agree to the following:
- Immediately notify Three Pentacles, PLLC if requested work is outside of vendor's coverage area, skill set, capability, or training.
- Immediately notify Three Pentacles, PLLC if vendor is not available to perform work in during the desired service time window.
- Immediately notify Three Pentacles, PLLC if after starting the work, vendor is not able to complete it within designated service time window.
- Immediately notify Three Pentacles, PLLC of any issues that may arise.
- Perform all work with any client or tenant through Three Pentacles, PLLC.
- Provide Before & After photos of completed work within 24 hours of completion, together with an invoice.
- That all work is completed based on the scope of work order.
- Receive written approval for any work over $250.
- Complete work within designated service time window stated on the work order:
   --- Low Priority: Scheduled with the tenant and completed within 7 days.
   --- Medium Priority: Scheduled with the tenant and completed within 5 days.
   --- High Priority: Scheduled with the tenant and completed within 3 days.
   --- Emergency: Scheduled with the tenant and completed within 1 day.
