Building a Diverse and Impactful Career
Arthur’s real estate career began at a young age, working alongside his father, a seasoned landlord and investor. From those early experiences, he quickly understood the intricacies of property management and real estate development, which would later propel him into a series of entrepreneurial ventures and leadership roles.
1985-1987: Arthur worked in property management and sales while attending high school, assisting his father with various properties.
1988: Arthur purchased his first investment property, a 4-unit apartment building in Chicago, and became a licensed real estate salesperson in Illinois. This marked the beginning of his lifelong dedication to real estate.
1989: Founded a real estate investment company focused on acquiring foreclosed properties and launched a construction company.
1992: Opened his own real estate brokerage, growing it from 6 to over 40 sales associates and establishing a strong foothold in the Chicago real estate market.
Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, Arthur’s entrepreneurial ventures continued to expand. He founded and operated a title insurance company, owned a stake in a mortgage banking company, and developed a real estate CRM & transaction management system, revolutionizing how real estate transactions were conducted.

Leadership & Innovation in Real Estate
Arthur’s ability to lead and innovate within the real estate industry has been a key factor in his success. From increasing the sales force of a company from 40 to 612 salespeople and growing annual sales to $1 billion to successfully closing 200 real estate transactions per month, Arthur’s track record speaks for itself.
1998-2004: Founded Realtor’s Title Corporation, providing title insurance and handling real estate closings. He gained invaluable experience in title examination and document review.
2000-2008: Established and led a real estate brokerage that grew to 612 sales associates with over $1 billion in annual sales, leveraging an innovative online CRM & transaction management system.
2007-2008: Led a successful condominium development project in Lincoln Park, Chicago, where he served as both developer and general contractor.
Arthur’s ability to seamlessly integrate technology with real estate operations has set new standards in the industry, and his contributions continue to be felt today.

Expertise in Asset Liquidation & Complex Property Management
In 2010, in response to the Great Recession, Arthur pivoted to become a Court Appointed Receiver, where he currently oversees non-residential properties in foreclosure. He has managed over 1.5 million square feet of commercial assets, optimizing leasing strategies, managing operations, and reducing costs. Arthur’s success in asset liquidation is further highlighted by his achievement of the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation and his role as an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE).
2010: Appointed as an Illinois Receiver, managing properties under court jurisdiction and overseeing distressed commercial assets.
2012: Appointed by the FDIC as a receiver for a failed townhome development in Illinois.
2014: Expanded into the security industry with the launch of a Licensed Private Alarm Contractor Agency.
2019: Began offering nationwide background check services through his Licensed Private Detective Agency for tenant screening.
Arthur’s wide-ranging experience across asset liquidation, property management, and legal oversight has made him a go-to resource for navigating distressed real estate markets and maximizing asset value.

In addition to his professional training, Arthur is fluent in Polish, further expanding his international reach.
